Bill traveled to Vienna to speak at the 2010 International AIDS Conference, the premier gathering for those working to prevent and treat HIV infection, which is a priority of the Gates Foundation. Bill brought a hopeful message, but advocated for changes to make anti-AIDS efforts more effective.
